Job Description

Everlast Productions is seeking currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing new business, and executing successful events. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning and a proven track record of exceeding client expectations. Strong communication and organizational skills are a must, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.

Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction

Build long-term trusting relationships with clients

Proactively seek new business opportunities with current clients

Contract services for current and new account year to year

Increase current sales with existing clients as needed.

Requirements

3 years of developing, quoting (preferably flex rental solutions), and managing corporate events along with AV production.

5 years of sales experience and knowledge

Proven sales track record

Experience in customer support/service

Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, and social media platforms.

Proficiency in English and Spanish

Communication and negotiation skills

Time management and planning skills

Reliable transportation

Analytical and Forward Thinking

Ambitious and motivated

Pay: Salary and Commission Based

Starting salary is $45,000.00 plus commission

Job Type: Full-time
